Investment Management

What do your investments look like today?

  • Are you just getting started; or is your investment portfolio a significant part of your overall net worth?
  • Do you have company retirement plans you need to roll over and consolidate; or are you looking for the right way to put excess cash to work to earn higher long-term returns?
  • Are you concerned that your portfolio might be too risky for today’s turbulent economic environment; or do you feel the returns you’ve experienced are not keeping up with a rising stock market?

At Access Wealth Planning, we have been helping clients make prudent investment decisions since 1987. Our investment advisors have guided clients like you through steep and turbulent market declines, as well as long and prosperous stock market booms. An in-house investment committee considers research from top industry analysts and synthesizes it with our own best ideas, resulting in a consistent and transparent investment approach that is suitable for conservative, aggressive, and “middle-of-the-road” investors alike.

Good communication plays an important role in a successful investment strategy. As an Access client, we will talk and meet with you regularly. It’s important you feel connected to your investments; and equally important that we stay aware of changes in your life that may necessitate changes to the strategy. Quarterly investment performance reports keep you informed about your progress; and for those who like access to their most up-to-date balances on demand, we provide 24/7 access through a secure online portal with our custodian, Charles Schwab. In addition, advisors are always easily accessible by phone or email to answer any questions you may have.

Access Wealth Planning is an independent, fee-based Registered Investment Advisor. As such, we act as your “fiduciary,” a position which represents the highest standard of client care in the financial services industry, and one which obligates us to put your interests ahead of our own. We do not sell proprietary products; advisors have no sales quotas or minimums to meet; nor are we required to make “in-house referrals” like some financial institutions require of their advisors. We take every measure available to minimize conflicts of interest, and encourage advisors to invest in long-term relationships with clients based on trust and continued client satisfaction. Our professional team holds designations including Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Personal Financial Specialist (PFS®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), and Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®), all of which are widely recognized marks of educational achievement that are central to the discipline of investment management for families and individuals.

Our Investment Management service is a popular choice for people who have managed their portfolios on their own for a while and are now looking for a more disciplined, professional approach; as well as those who are currently working with financial advisors and wondering if they are getting the best advice and results for their money.

Whether either of these situations describes you, or if you simply know you need some direction and don’t know where to start, we encourage you to reach out to us for an initial phone call or exploratory meeting. We look forward to learning more about you and your personal and financial goals, and sharing how we at Access Wealth Planning may be able to help you achieve them.
